A seasoned CG creative and technical leader with over 40 years’ experience across Film, TV, Animation, VFX, Previsualization and Virtual Production. His career spans senior roles with Disney, major U.S. and U.K. studios, and global production houses, contributing to marquee projects for Netflix, Sony, Fox, Paramount, BBC, Prime and leading VFX studios including Framestore, MPC, DNEG, Tata Elxsi and The Mill. Renowned for bridging creative vision with on-set Camera and real-time workflows.

Nic specializes in script-to-shot planning, budget-conscious PreViz, complex action and VFX sequences, A.I. and advanced production pipelines driving development. Having built and led high-performance teams across Europe, Asia and India, Nic brings a rare end-to-end perspective that consistently delivers creativity, tech solutions, elevated storytelling and a production managers vizion, overseeing the creative and client facing aspects of the studio.

Yogi is a senior technical artist and animation leader with nearly 30 years of experience in advertising, film, and global CG production. An Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer trained in 3D Animation and VFX at Vancouver Film School, he has held senior roles at Tata Elxsi, Krayon Pictures, Broadway Animation, Contiloe Pictures and Hyper Bees (London). His credits span commercials, TV series, in-game cinematics, and feature films for brands including Disney, BBC, Coca-Cola, and Nickelodeon. 

Yogi as a core team member, mentor and head of technical training at leading animation and VFX institutes in India, including MAAC (Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics) and Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects and also Head of Animation & VFX at RSACE (Ramesh Sippy Academy of Cinema & Entertainment, Mumbai University). Over his mentoring career, Yogi has trained more than 25,000 students across India and oversees all Technical aspects of the company.

 Namrata Sharma is a producer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across animation, technology, and international business development. Co-founder and former Director (Operations) of Krayon Pictures, she has led productions on major Hollywood and Bollywood animation projects and managed global software operations across Asia-Pacific. A recipient of the Star Entrepreneur Award and a National Award for Delhi Safari.
