Working with the Creative Team to imagine a Cinematic and artistic styling for a character driven Biopic Movie from 1940's India to the present day. Providing a range of colour palettes, shooting ratio's and lensing as inspirational images inc. Test Shots for detail budgeting of VFX across the whole Movie.
This shot merges on set Character and FG, with CG Train Asset and A.I Environment and Crowd, with Cinematic re-lighting.
On Set Referencing / VFX Visuals
Extrapolating Shot and Location Data for VFX Matte Painting and Environment / Asset replacement based upon Cinematic LookDev to create 'mock up ref visuals' of shots for VFX, Final discussion and approval by the Creative Team, prior to shooting at the Location.
Cinematic Design
Communicate to the Creative Team examples of Camera positioning, Cinematic DoF, Aspect Ratio framing and Lighting Ratio's, providing development Visuals of the Locations, Art Direction, Staging and VFX requirements. Replacement of 'On Set' dummy carriages with 'authentic' 1940's rolling stock.
