Working with the Director, Production Designer and DP to imagine a cinematic and artistic styling for a character driven Biopic Movie ranging from 1950's India up to the present day. To provide a range of colour palettes, shooting ratio's and lensing as initial inspirational images as well as Test Shots for detail budgeting of VFX across the whole Movie.
This shot merges on set Boy Character and FG, CG Train Asset and A.I Environment and Crowd, Cinematic re-lighting.
On Set Referencing / VFX
Attending and extrapolating Shot and Location Data for VFX Matte Painting and Environment replacement based upon the Look and Cinematic development to create mock ups of shots for VFX and for final discussion and approval by the creative team, before shooting completes at the Location.
Cinematic Design
Working with the DP to visually communicate the Camera, T Stops and cinematic depth, Aspect Ratio framing and Lighting Ratio's and providing development shots of the Locations, Art Direction, Staging and VFX requirements. Replacement of 'On Set' dummy carriages with 'authentic' 1940's rolling stock.
